Position: Moving Foreman

Bayou Movers, a reputable moving company, is seeking qualified individuals to join our team as Moving Foreman. As part of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth and efficient moving services for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of movers during relocation projects.
- Plan and organize moving schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
- Oversee loading and unloading of goods with precision and care.
- Ensure proper packing techniques to prevent damage during transportation.
- Address and resolve any on-site challenges or issues that may arise.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive team dynamic.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a moving foreman or similar role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Knowledge of proper packing and moving techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients.
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional certifications in moving or related fields are a plus.
